1998 Regal Commodore 292 Cabin Cruiser with 31' triple axle trailer. Trailer was purchased new in 2014 and only in the water once. Trailer may need a new actuator and is rated for 12,400 lbs. gvw and has a new spare tire and rim with it.Boat has twin inboard / outboards. Starboard motor is a new Chevy 350 with 10 hours on it. Port side motor seized up and is junk. Bad motor is torn apart butt still in engine cavity. The boat was last ran a year ago to test the new motor, during this the second motor seized. Outdrives are both Mercruiser, One was replaced with new motor, the other is the original. All of the parts for the bad motor are there including manifolds. There are currently two batteries in the cockpit (unknown condition) but it needs the house battery. Boat was last used consistently about 5 years ago before the motor seized, we took it in for a new motor and here we are.When we were using it we did not use the water heater, shower, stove burners, or macerator. Everything else worked well. Has kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, Corian counter tops, built in coffee maker, and wet bar.I am the third owner and the boat is Coast Guard documented. The boat is a fully functional live aboard boat but had no generator (It was an option).The marine radio needs a new mic and Garmin electronics worked great but will probably need updated maps. The boat needs new carpet on the floors of the cabin and in general the boat needs a deep cleaning of previous mildew stains from sitting at the marina unused for so long. All removable boat cushions were removed and put in storage when it went for the motor and are in great shape. We also have the deck carpet in storage. The boat is an as-is sale and the details of this vessel are in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the condition of the vessel components.This is a great project boat for someone who is mechanical and it has great potential to once again be a beautiful boat once it is up and running.The boat is currently located in Eutawville, South Carolina at a Marina (near Lake Marion) and it's up to the buyer to arrange pick-up and transportation.
