The material used to manufacture the pontoons has an orange peel like texture. This means that vinyl will not adhere to this substrate as it would on a smooth finish. The next reason is that the pontoons will expand and contract with pressure changes. They will also be subjected to forces that will cause them to flex and briefly change shape. By using special PVC paint, we can apply graphics to the surface finish. The paint can also conform to the pontoon's shifts in pressure and shape.SHIPPING FROM SOUTH AFRICA: The vessel is shipped deflated in a small package via air or sear freight. Shipping costs are TBD.
