Penn Yan

2004 Grand Illusion Penn Yan Swift XGS reproduction in very nice hardly used condition. Always been stored inside, in the water last year for 3 days. this is the only front steer repro that Grand Illusion built, 6 repros were built. It has a low hour 1966 35hp Merc on the back, which runs verygood, although I think the water impeller is getting weak, sits on an oversize ez loader trailer. I hardly use this, at the most when I did, it was in the water for less that 2 weeks at a time as I didn't want it to get messed up. It is a fun flatwater boat. It haschrome plated bronze windshield brackets, real glass windshields, an original Penn Yan chain steering wheel, and a vintage Airguide tach that works. It is a nice boat and has fooled a few people into believing it is a restored original. It has a fiberglass covering on it instead of canvas and doesn't leak. I have a battery and gas tank for it.
