Penn Yan

Offering for auction, a 1964 Penn Yan runabout. This sweet boat measures 16' in length and about 6'4" across the beam.

The boat is in good condition it was restored about 20 years ago and has been in storage for 15 years.The boat comes with a 1994 Shore Landertrailer that is in very good condition.The boat also comes with a custom canvas cover. This boat has only been used in fresh water.

The boat has a beautiful planked deck and a single wood seatacross the front. The boat is sided with lapstrake planking and a ribbed interior. When this boat was restored,much of the wood was replaced. A newbottom was put on the boat, new ribs were put in, new paint was put on. It is beginning to show some signs of wearand it needs just a little work to make it look great again. This is one cute little boat. You are welcome to come and examine the boat in person.

We also have a 1953 Chris Craft Holiday 18' and a 1950 Lyman center deck steering 13' that we will be listing soon - both of these boats are in need of restoration.

The winning bidder is responsible for picking up the boat from Grand Island, NY.

*Please note, although there is a motor shown on the boat, it is not included in the auction. This motor is 75hp - just to give you an idea of what size the boat can handle.
