Several improvements were made to the yacht in the last few years, however, she does require a few projects to get her to shine, like new carpet and paint touch ups. Also, you will need to service the vessel to get her running into the ocean. The vessel is a very comfortable home or a family cruiser with 3 large cabins,3 large heads, 3 very large lounging areas, and a large galley. Recertification process is currently underway now and will need a short while to be completed, however this process is being handled and recertification documents will be provided. Also, the current certification is available and will be provided with the purchasement of the vessel. She is a USCG Documented vessel. The sale of the vessel will be handled with an official notarized US Coast Guard Bill Of Sale.

She is mechanically solid, however you will need to do service work for the engines to get them running like new. Service work looks something like an oil change, oil/air filter change, etc.

It has potential in being an investment towards a business opportunity, as a charter yacht or if you just want to have fun cruising, fishing, or throwing parties and enjoying with friends.
