1. Interior Sunbrella was replaced in 2015 throughout including a new Sunbrella custom cushion on front bench.

2. New bottom paint and current survey with engine compression numbers for both 327 Flagship engines. Great on gas. We typically cruise at 2500 RPM's.

3. Hull, which is double planked mahogany, was painted four years ago.

4. Both engines recently serviced with new carburetors, starters, electronic ignition, fresh wiring, impellers, pumps,

6. New water heater 2015.

7. Comes with original manuals, log books, some old and current receipts.

8. Comes with bedding for both twin beds that convert into a comfortable King bed. King bedding included as well.
