Terms & Conditions

Before placing a bid, please read the description thoroughly, view all pictures, and, most importantly, read and understand the payment instructions.

All boats are sold as-is, where-isand must be paid in full with funds available in our account within 7 days from the end of auction.

Florida residents: we must collect sales tax and tag/title/registration fee of $350.

Items are listed locally and internationally. We reserve the right to end auctions early with or without bids.

Please make arrangements to inspect the boat and ask questions BEFORE bidding.

Boat is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We encourage you to schedule an appointment and look at the vessel.

Payment

10%, non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close by wire transfer, money order, cashiers check or PayPal.

Balance is due within 7 days and payable by cash or wire transfer. We do not accept PayPal for final payment. Funds must be available in our account prior to delivery.

If you plan on financing the boat, you must pre-qualify prior to bidding.
