Unit needs a complete rebuild. Boat was in hail storm 5 years ago

RIB is in rough shape. I am told it ran great until it was hit by a hail storm in 2009. It has sat ever since. I have never seen it run. Tubes will hold air but are visually rough. I have no idea what it is worth, make offers.
