The Yacht is not for sale, But the dock house is for sale. 5,000 USD The boat house is 50 ft long by 18 ft wide. With A/C, optional open or closed to the lake side, internet hookups and wiring, fridge, cabinets, couches, wood grain stained walls, electricity with dimmer lighting, and locking gate to the lake and dock walk way. The dock house, is optional to enclose the entire area for privacy/sleeping or open the lake side for water and fishing/boating. Up to a 32 Ft boat can be permanently slipped. The boat house dock is located at Grandpappy's Marina Denison Texas. The dock upgrades/buildout is for sale. There is a monthly rental fee to the Marina every month, of 540 USD. Blue channel catfish, Stripers & Big mouth Bass, Crappie can be caught off the dock. The fish can weigh up to 55 lbs, have been caught at the dock.
