Yukon Delta Houseboat Flybridge

This 28 x 8foot tri-hullboat needs rebuild from the hull up. Overhead Air worked last yearand I have the ac/dc Norcold fridg, 4 burner range and Thetford Electra Magic toilet (needs dump valve replaced) with a holding tank. TheVolvo engine and Outdrive (AQ 145 and 270)is good but the prop will need replaced, all controls are good. I have 4 new tires but one wheel (rim) needs replaced but would be ok for a spare. These wheels was used on travel trailers in the 80's.I canhave the trailer road ready(other than theone wheel)to pull anywhere, bring a 13 inchwheel and I will put a new tire on it and you canuse the bent one for a spare. Have all paper work for the boat and most everything that it had whenit was new. I have been offered $1200 for the trailer and the 4 c/f refer is clean and worth $250. Also has a nice helm chair worth $200.email with ? just ask I can tell you what I was going to do with this boat and it is a good start for a first timebuilder. You could have aTrailerable houseboat no slip fees and camping on the lake is great.I stay out 2 days at a time in my other boat 10 times per yearor morebut can't change lakes becauseshe is not trailer able. You can make this onethe way you and your family likes. There are some rebuilds on the net for these justtype in Yukon Delta but you don't see the fly bridge on any of them.$250 non-refundable at time of buy it now and the balance within 30 days. The boat is on my property and can stay here with no storage charge until you can pick it up. I have a working boat and don't need this one
