This is a (1976) Yukon Delta 25 with a 130
Volvo Penta 4 cylinder inboard engine and a Volvo Penta 280 Outdrive. No need for special permits. Can be hauled with a 1/2 ton truck. The Length Overall (LOA not including outdrive) is 25
and has a beam of about 8. The cabin is about 13 feet long, the front
deck/bow is roughly 7 and the rear deck/engine area is about 5 feet. The hull is a cathedral or tri-hull
configuration and is in very good condition.
Last year a mechanic checked out the engine and
outdrive. He replaced the spark plugs
and various seals on the outdrive. The carburetors and the fuel system cleaned last month. The interior is in great
shape overall with very few signs of wear, but it needs curtains. It sleeps 4 - the table folds down and the front couch pulls out to make a
full-sized bed. The galley has a gas
stove (the burners work great but the oven control unit is missing, i.e., the
oven is not functional at this time) and a single-basin cold-water only sink.
The 4.7 C.U. refrigerator runs very well but is 110v only. I recently removed, cleaned, sanitized and
reinstalled the 20 gallon fresh water holding tank.
The boat can be plugged into 110v.
In addition to the refrigerator (as mentioned above), there are a few
outlets around the cabin and two lights on the 110 system that all work
fine. The cabin also has a few 12v
lights, and to my knowledge all parts of the 12v system including the front
navigation lights work fine with one exception; the anchor light (the rear
white light part of the navigation light system) is not attached. The boat has a surprising amount of storage
space given the size of the cabin (no wasted space). On the port side of the boat there is a
full-length closet between the couch and table.
There is storage under the couch and one of the seats of the table as
well as in shelf-type cabinets above the table.
On the Starboard side of the boat directly behind the helm/captains
chair is a small room for the porta-potty (or it can be used as another closet
or storage) and behind that is the galley. There is storage under the
refrigerator and sink, and kitchen-type cabinets above the stove/sink area. The front deck has room for 2 camp
chairs. The rear deck shares space with
a side-mounted 18 gallon gas tank, the location for the propane tank (not
included), the motor, and the battery compartment with 2 new-ish batteries and
an isolation switch (select #1, #2, both or off). The trailer pulls very well and is in
excellent condition. The lights and electric brakes all work fine. I believe the tires have approximately 1,300
miles on them, and there are two brand new spares.
