Description: 

Otunui is a 60ft, 16 tonne, side wheeler paddleboat. Built in 1907 she has been rebuilt twice.

Once after sinking, and once, in 2003 after a fire. Fully operational with a modern Toyota diesel engine,

driving hydraulic pumps, to two separate hydraulic motors (like a tank or digger), she has a rudder with power steering too.She has been run a commercial boat and is licensed (in New Zealand) to carry 48 passengers until the end of May 2015.Suitable for sheltered lakes and rivers, she would make a great houseboat too.Galley with stove, fridge, hot and cold water. House batteries with inverter for 230vAC power, and a Solar panel to keep batteries topped up.VHF radio, GPS, stereo, PA intercom system, fire extinguishers, fire pump, life rafts, shower and toilet.
