***Boat Is located on a lift in Emerald Isle,NC***I have a Willard Marine Sea Force 700 for sale. This is a EX US Navy Boat that was assigned as a back up boat to one of the East Coast Seal Teams. It went through a complete rebuild in 2010 by Willard Marine as the contract replacement boats (OTech) began to fail under rigorous use and the Navy did not wait to procure a new contract. Eventually OTech was canceled for cause and Willard become the sole source for these boats. They literally took the boat apart down to every single nut and bolt at Willard Marines factory and rebuilt or replaced it. To include brand new Cummins 6BT210, brand new Wing tubes, brand new VDO Guages, ect. (All dated 2010)After I acquired the boat directly from the Navy I spent about 1 week detailing every single inch of it. My back still hurts from getting into the tiniest of spaces below deck!I did a complete fluid exchange on all systems with appropriate Cummins recommended fluids and Cummins OEM filters.Engine & Strainer were flushed with 5 gallons of Salt Away running it 15 minutes at a time to temp. The deck was completely striped of the 3M SafteyWalk sandpaper by Gorges Marine in Wilmington, NC and detail prepped for SeaDek. SeaDek then 3D scanned the deck and had the new deck cut on their CNC machine in FL and flew back up to NC to install it. It is absolutely stunning.Gorges Marine also peeped the tubes and installed Wing Inflatables proprietary Techthane coating to the tubes. The materials alone were almost $2000. Wing states that there tubes are typically good for anywhere from 10-15 years and their the coating will extended them 3-5 years beyond that. A new tube set cost $15,000+ and the tubes were already in above average condition 90%+ so went ahead and had the techthane applied to greatly extended the service life. Tubes stay inflated to pressure for over a month. I will top off with a hand pump every now and then before going out if I want them ROCK hard but is not required and consistently hold good pressure. All HR valves have been disassembled cleaned in Salt Away and greased with silicone. All the hard work has been done. There has been over $10,000 spent on maintenance, SeaDek flooring, Wing Coating, and detailing alone.I am very OCD and have spent countless hours making sure this boat is as clean as it can be and throughly gone through. This however is still a military used vessel and will have scratches, dings, corrosion in certain spots, gashes, gouges, ect. I spent approximately 3 full days inspecting 60+ navy boats at the base in VA and found this particular one to be in the absolute best overall condition out of them all. I have done all of the hard work up to including purchasing the boat, getting the proper paperwork & clearances handled to remove the boat from base, have the boat brought to NC and completely sorted. My interests have shifted and have decided to sell it. It is in 100% serviceable condition and can be enjoyed on the water tomorrow, I recently took it on a 3 hour trip in the ocean earlier this week and was flawless. The Navy only sells these boats once a year, and this year that has been canceled due to the events we are currently in. I can honestly say I have only seen this boat and another one in the past 4 years that have been in this overall shape.$500 non refundable deposit is due immediately. Balance is due within 72 hours via wire transfer, cashier check, or cash in person.
