Our 30ft long trailerable houseboat was built at the start of 2020 in Minnesota. It debuted at the Minneapolis Boat Show in January. Then it was highlighted at the Pheonix Boat expo last March. Unfortunately, due to COVID lockdowns the Australian owners are restricted from returning to the USA to begin manufacturing the boats in a commercial sense until the restrictions are eased.The deck, walls and roof are all assembled using Aluimium Honeycomb panel; a product originally designed for the Aerospace industry. Renowned for it's light light weight, great rigidity and excellent insulation properties. These are the same materials used to manufacture bullet trains and airliners. Our Seasuites is 90% complete with only minor handyman tasks left to complete such as running the plumbing and gas. All of the main components are there ready to be connected. LED lighting works throughout the boat and infinity marine carpet is used internally and on the top sky deck.The skydeck has a bimini and fold down safety rails fitted with access from the rear ladder.The boat is built on 3x 30ft long baffled pontoons and ready for 2 outboards to be fitted.The RRP for the boat is around $140,000. We unfortunately cant return, and tis unknown as to when we will be allowed to leave Australia , so we have decided to sell the seasuites as it is and restart the project when we are able.The boat is currently stored in Phoenix and can be picked up from there after purchase.Payment can be a deposit into our USA bank account, EFT or Bank check deposit.For this reason, we are offering the boat and trailer AS IS for a fraction of the build cost.
