1973 Uniflite 31' Flybridge Cabin Cruiser in good condition. Has 2 inboard engines, both run, been rebuilt 250 hours ago. Port side doesn't want to shift into forward or reverse. Not sure what it is, not a mechanic.On port side, plug is leaking on the exhaust manifold. Starboard side might need a new water pump. Has bathroom, shower, kitchen, table and seats, captain's quarters, able to drive from inside cabin or on flybridge. Currently moored in Tacoma, WA. It will be buyer's responsibility to pick up boat by end of August 2015. Payment and title transfer due within 7 days of purchase.
