1984 Uniflite 36ft flybridge sedan yachtLiveaboardDocumented Vessel with the Coast GuardTwin mercury 454 engines boat was repowered with brand new crusaders and new transmissionsCurrently has around 390 hours on them.In May I did a 12 hour trip from Huntington Long Island to Jones Beach Long Island.I had no issues on the trip.The boat runs great. Engines are healthy.They start up every time.*Port Motor Left side - needs Exhaust manifold gasket replaced - I have the gasket, and planned to do it this winter. It does not affect the performance of the motor. engine runs great.Oil change done with Rotella & Lucas Oil and regular maintenance done 8/11/24New Serpentine belts on both motors done 05/23/24New Fuel Filters all around.Carbs are excellentNew custom welded aluminum gas tanks (done in 2021 - see photos )I spent the last year completely restoring, and renovating this boat. I have pictures, receipts, and videos to give to the new owner.Allnew- walls, floor, ceiling, paint - you name its been done.Hot water heatercentral air conditioning 8000 BTU Unitsfull showerRenovated bathroomPrimary state room & bunk room.All new wiring.Simrad Touch Screen NavigationRugs & mattress professionally heat steam cleaned.Dockside power hook up, and water tank reserve for offshore fishing, and living.No soft spots on the hull.Bottom paint was done in June6/18/24 with high copper paintGood for two yearsZincs were replacedAll AC vents were changed & system was flushed.Oven/Stove works greatBrand new fridge 5/27/24My wife and I spent the summer living on this boat.
