Uniflite 31' Flybridge Cruiser

This fine cruiser is 31 foot and is in the water ready to go very nice condition. I have an old survey from 1997 which valued the boat at 19,000$ I have owned the craft since 1999. It has a beautiful cabin with original upholstery and smells fresh. The cabin dosent leak and it sleeps 6. It has a pair of 318 Chryslers with Borg Warner velvet drive transmissions, both rebuilt in recent years. The boat runs and drives great and everything works. The motors have closed cooling systems, the galley includes a newer refridgerator coffee maker, toaster, microwave, tv, and the head has a newer mascerator and a modern holding tank. I realize this deal sounds too good to be true but Iwanted to price to make sure I sell this summer. I paid 16K and feel like I have gotten plenty of enjoyment out of her. please feel free to ask questions.
