This fine cruiser is 31 foot and is in the water ready to go very nice condition. I have an old survey from 1997 which valued the boat at 19,000$ I have owned the craft since 1999. It has a beautiful cabin with original upholstery and smells fresh. The cabin dosent leak and it sleeps 6. It has a pair of 318 Chryslers with borg warner velvet drive transmissions, both rebuilt in recent years. The boat runs and drives great and everything works. The motors have closed cooling systems, the galley includes a newer refridgerator coffee maker, toaster, microwave, tv, and the head has a newer mascerator and a modern holding tank. please feel free to ask questions.

Where is the boat located currently? Has this boat been dry docked and hulls cleaned and repainted/ maintained? Are the tags up to date and is the pink slip clean with no past penalties attached. Are there any problems not listed that a new owner would have to take care of? Has the boat gone through a formal safety inspection? Did you live aboard this boat when you had it? If it is currently being moored at a slip. Is it possible to take over the slip with the purchase of this boat? What are your reasons for selling the boat?
