Uniflite 28 Mega

Has always been a fresh water boat. If you know about uniflite's then you know that these things are built very strong! Practically military grade hull is 28' long and easily pushing over 10,000 LBS! Stringers and hardware in great shape no rot.The original owners had her on one of the great lakes for many many years then sold to a gentleman from Duluth Minnesota who then cruised her up to the 1000 islands and enjoyed her for many years then two years ago i purchased from him. So once i went through the entire boat with new flooring upholstery and electronics i came to the conclusion that i just don't have enough time to truly enjoy it the way it was intended it ended up being a floating condo alll this year with maybe 4-5 day trips :/So down to the new stuff... Raymarine C120 with radar on the bridge inclosed into a NavPod and a C70 at the helm inside along with new VHF's in both locations. Gauges have been updated as well along with the big one...PLUMBING all new PEX plumping from the dock connection to the taps. 6 gallon water heater new faucets and water filtration system along with a 50 gallon water tank with a dual pump water pump which cranks out 50psi it'll feel like the water system at home. The audio system is Fusion Marine which has bluetooth and iPhone connectivity with 4 BOSE Entertainment speakers and a Kicker subwoofer built in underneath the sink. It sounds AMAZING.
