1973 Uniflite 36' Double Cabin. Carpet is new through out. Installed new water separating fuel filters on both engines. Plugs/rotor and wires done last year. 1250 hours on the boat. Has a 7 hp generator. 2 AC units, both work fantastic. New radio up top and speakers on the flight bridge. Has a Garmin GPS with charts 9" lcd. 440 motors, twin inboards. Boat has 2 heads, a shower and fresh water tank. Also has a newer hot water tank. Shore power, marine radio, bilge pumps (3) total. All nav lights are working. Boat turns on in one crank. Cruises at 17 knots. 300 gallon fuel tank. Salon has TV and radio throughout salon. Tv in v-berth bedroom too. Has 2 brand new props, all kinds of extra hardware included. 8 fenders cushions, 6 dock lines 5/8". This boat is turn key. Only problem is I bought a new boat last year.
