24' TWISTER CAT RACE BOAT Low Reserve

I'm listing my 24 Twister rigged for a Mercury, Race ready. Hull and trailer plus all the rigging is included in the sale. This boat was imported out of France and was raced by Kulou Racing overseas. It has a great history and is a proven winner. This is a awesome boat to say the least. I have set my sights on a Yuka race boat that needs to be imported from overseas and I need to let this one go. Here are some of the details about the boat..... Everything rigging wise on and in the boat is new or less than 1 year old. Every hose, cable, pump, tank, fitting, clamp, wire, switch, gauge, harness, seat belts, Safety air system, battery, cable, and so on. It's a Kevlar/glass hull with a Kevlar race canopy. The lay up in this hull is the best I have ever seen and is quality.

The boat is set up to be able to be driven fully by the driver "front compartment" with trim, Jackplate controls and indicators, Foot throttle and shift lever and a full set of gauges.

The second way you can operate this boat is through the rear compartment in the "throttle man" or just a "passenger" position.... Its set up with full gauge set, trim and jack plate controls and indicators, throttle stick, ballast tank controls with both pick up and dump and fuel return valves to balance the fuel tanks if necessary........ Basically you can go for a ride alone or take a passenger or Race it as a 2 man crew as driver Navigator or Driver/ throttle man.....

Safety features include a brand new full safety air system....This includes 1 40# tank 2 20' hoses with 360 degree swivels and B-C's in both the front and rear compartments. The rear compartment has a dedicated pressure gauge from the tank. Both seats are Recaros with new 5 point harnesses. The 40# air tank is full and ready. It's fitted with a canopy mounted strobe light and fire extinguishers. You could literally bolt a 200 on it and go race this weekend.

One of the reasons we have loved this boat is that it's a 24' cat that can take some rough water comfortably and can run well into the teens/20's with a single outboard motor. This keeps the cost of doing such a thing down at a reasonable price. It's a great race platform and it's one of the coolest rides on the river. There are 4 in the United States that I know of. Both OPA and SBI hold several races a year that this boat can be run in at a very reasonable cost.

The trailer...... Its a 2010 welded aluminum Owens and Sons I-beam trailer that's 100% ready to go.

As you can see in the pictures the boat and rigging are in good shape and there are zero issues with the structural integrity of the hull. Cosmetically its a strong 8 of 10. Keep in mind its a used boat not a new boat fresh out of the mold. With that said there is no damage what so ever and no patch ups. Its 100% solid. There are a few chips and light skuffs but overall its good to go. The build quality of the twister cats is second to none and your jaw will hit the floor when you take a flashlight to the bildge and transom areas. It's mint and beautifully layed up.

overall this is a fantastic turn key race boat minus motor and I stand behind every bit of work done to this boat. It can be stored and towed easily. Also you can run class 4 in SBI or OPA...So if your looking for a 24 cat that is 100% ready for your power. I am 6'1" 250 pounds and fit well in the canopy with plenty of room to spare. It's not a confined feeling inside with the hatches open or closed.

It can be raced with a 2.5L 200HP and does very well with that set up. These hulls run in the 90's with a 200HP.. As you can see in the photos we ran this boat with a 3.0L 300HP Mercury and achieved 110 MPH with very little set up time and a limited budget for propeller choices. It did best with a tweaked through hub 4 blade with a trimmed barrel.

I have a clean Florida Title and current registration in hand and in my name. It is titled as a Twister. This is not easy or cheap to do but I have gone through the legal import process and it's done 100% leagal, all fees have been paid and it's 100% ready to be transferred.

I will help coordinate with your shipper and can also personally help with delivery in Florida. Local pick up is also good with me.
