Engines, transmissions and associated hardware to be removed by seller and are not included with boat. Needs new custom interior installed (included). Needs 2 engine compartment vents at exterior below gunwale. Needs one trim tab (go to west marine’s website for cost). Needs new stainless steel propane stove installed (included). Needs new custom counter top installed (included), plus new sinks (included). Needs custom fiberglass shower pan and new toilet installed (included). One Tachometer on flying bridge has broken glass. Some scratches on rub-rail which were created during anchor retrieval, plus some other blemishes or minor stress cracking which is typical to fiberglass construction, (primarily at corner sections). One deck lid needs a new collapsible handle. Comes with 24 mile radar, color finder, chart maps GPS with chips, VHF radio, and underwater gear. Includes electric winch, anchor with rope and chain. All windows were professional weatherproofed by a window company.
Description: 

I used this boat for several years and now it has been dry docked at my house near Lake Tahoe Nevada for 3 years.

I spent over $14,000 to have a new gel coat put on the hull, custom swim step with teak extension for a dive boat platform, all new underwater gear, newupholstery, counters,windows re-weather-stripped and reassembled into frames by a window company and new underwater gear and bottom paint.

Twin Chevy V 6 with closed cooling package with direct drive transmissions to be removed prior to pickup of boat (not included with boat). New custom interior and counter tops needs to be installed. 24 mile radar, color depth finder, VHS radio, GPS with map chips. Inverter electric system installed by an electrical engineer (previous owner).

I do not have time to finish the boat. .
