The Texas General Land Office affixed an abandoned vessel placard on this vessel and it must be moved to another location by 20 July 2017. This vessel was partially submerged, which caused serious damage to the Caterpillar 3412 engine and the 10 Kw generator onboard. The water did not reach the main or upper (pilothouse) decks. The vessel has been completely framed-out, AC/DC lines were installed by Ward Marine, plumbing lines throughout, CATV lines throughout, 50-year subfloors over closed cell foam, etc. Over $400,000 in improvements were made to this vessel (not including the engine). There are two staterooms framed-out below decks, one on the main deck. Large galley and sloped-floor theater room is framed on the main deck. There are total of there staterooms, four full baths with standup showers and one half bath framed and plumbed. There are two, 6,000 gallon fuel tanks in the engine compartment, a 5,000 gallon water tank mid-ship, and an approximately 800-1,000 gallon black water tank forward. New hydraulic steering equipment/pumps, ocean rated Bohamet steel windows welded in, and much, much more. This vessel deserves an owner with the time and money to complete her. I've run out of both, so I am selling her at a deep, deep discount. This vessel was previously listed for sale for $399,000 before it took on water. Incidentally, the water has been evacuated and the vessel is floating, but there is a slow leak that will need to be patch welded. It needs a thorough bottom job. You will notice in the pictures that a section of the transom/lazarette hull was cut out for cosmetic reasons and needs to be replaced. The vessel will need to be towed to its new home/shipyard. The pictures you see include an architect's mock up of the plans to give you a visual representation of what this vessel is intended to look like at completion. This vessel is located in the Dickinson Bayou in Dickinson, Texas. Serious inquiries only.
