Tiara/Pursuit 27 Open

Need to Sell ASAP..... both motors run great 1 motor needs to have the waterpump put back in (It needed a new impeller)Which was replaced please see the water pump photos.It literally takes 15 minutes to install(2 bolts and 2 hoses).I have been extremely busy with work and have no time for this.Feel free to call with any questions phone DougA rare find, owned by elderly man who is now in a nursing home. The good, lightly used, 1700 originals hours of use, new motors in 2006, new helm, bottom paint in 2013, bottom just cleaned with new zincs, New canvas on top and front eisenglass. About 700 hours on motors, three batteries with switch.Runs and cruises with no problems. 25 knot cruise at 3200 rpms. No stress cracks I see.Rod holders. All gauges work.What needs attention... Entire cabin and fixtures are original and dated, did not test fridge, side coming pads in cockpit and captain chairs are usable but could use recovering at some point. Side eisenglass is usable but not new. A very solid boat.In the water now and ready to run!The Tiara 2700 Open is essentially the same boat as the Pursuit
