This is a professionally maintaioned turn key (fresh water) boat for the last 13 years.The 6 gallon water heater just sprung a leak and needs to be replaced. There is minor wear & tear for a 21 yr. old boat.

This is a great week-ender or a week-long trip boat that accomodate 2 very comfortably.Andhas a very comfortable ride While underway.It has all the amenities you would need, a mid-cabin berth (queen-sized),a full head w/shower, a full galley including 1 burner stove micro-wave oven an ac/dcrefrigerator, large v-berth/lounge,and booth to accomodate 4 for dinner. Also inside is 7000 ac unit with reverse heat,plus all the storage you will need.

The cock-pit has seating to accomodate 6 with a double helm seat. All of the courtesy lights have been changed to LED for power savings. The dash has a full cluster of instruments plus a GPS and fish/depth finder. The boat is equipped with a horizon 500 windless w/100 foot of chain connected to a claw anchor for ease of anchoring. Newer VHF radio w/emergency button for USCG fixing on your location if needed. A powerlift for the hatch to the bilgewhich is equipped with an automatic fire suppressant system andeven more storage.
