Page AZ. We normally put this boat on a slip at Wahweap Marina on Lake Powell

from June through October. Then for the winter we move back to dry storage

located in Page, AZ.

This boat is single engine, Mercruiser 140 hp engine with an Alpha I, Gen II outdrive. The engine and outdrive are almost new with very low hours and the boat gets excellent fuel economy.

This boat sleeps 6 in Beds (2 in state room, 2 on futon in living room, and 2 in upper loft). It can also sleep plenty of others on the floor and on the roof.

This houseboat has been completely remodeled in a Hawaiian theme. Many of the items and upholstery materials have been imported from Hawaii. The name "Makena" comes from our favorite beach on the island of Maui (see picture). We have taken great pride in insuring that everything is in excellent condition and well maintained. If you love Hawaii this is the boat for you.

50' length is the total tip to tail as measured by the marina. The registration shows 42' and the previous owner added a 4' section of pontoon (see picture) and 2 each 2 swim steps fore and aft for the total of 50'.
