This is a completely remodeled aluminum pontoon 1985 Three Bouy Houseboat, 50 in total length. The boat is turnkey ready, completely furnished and ready to take out on the lake.

Almost new Mercruiser 140 hp engine with an Alpha I, Gen II outdrive with 2 each 40 gallon fuel tanks and a custom Solar Powered Swamp Cooler and a generator.

This boat sleeps 6 in Beds (2 in state room, 2 on futon in living room, and 2 in upper loft). It can also sleep plenty of others on the floor and on the roof.

Makena is a single engine houseboat with excellent fuel economy. This boat has been completely remodeled in a Hawaiian theme. Many of the items and upholstery materials have been imported from Hawaii. The name Makena comes from our favorite beach in Maui. We have taken great pride in insuring that everything is in excellent condition and well maintained.
