THREE BOUYS SUNSEEKER

You are looking at a USED 1988 THREE BOUYS SUNSEEKER HOUSEBOAT currently moored at Lake OROVILLE, CA. It is 52 ft. in length and 14 ft. wide. Most of the boat specs are listed in item specifics. The boat has seen better daysbut is still very functional and Fun.Overall fair condition with water damage over the years in some places. Rear deck has soft spots as well as rear pillars have water damage/soft spots. It has no refrigerator or generator as they were stolen during dry dock years ago.Some cabinet doors have swelling damage. Roof was resealed 7 yrs ago. The 12 volt electrical system is functional as well as theH2O and poo pumps.We bring portable genfor AC power as boat has AC power plug/receptical.The Penta AQ125 engine has the 270 outdrive. Morse micro control with flybridge controls, working davit ( crane/winch)80 watt shell solar panels, 3k watt inverter. The Boat has 1 Master bedroom and 1 penthouse . Pull out sofa in living room. 1 and 1/2 bath with one shower. LP Hot water heater,Top deck with penthouse,flybridge with working steering and controlsas well assunbrella canopy. 12 voltWater purification system.Frontand side gates are included but stored inside.

We have had the boat for 10 yrs as we purchased it and had it shipped to lake Orovile, CA. from the once mighty, Lake Mead.As everyone knows,Lake orovilleis low but far from inaccessible and the fishing always shreds here. Great Mooring location.The pictures are from 5 weeks ago. I will be adding more picsafter next weekend as Iwill be on boat weekend of 8/22 installing new points and coil as the H/boat DOES run and drive.

Marina shuttle will not take people out to look at boats for sale anymore so that may be a consideration. Feel free to ask questions and I will do my best to provide accurate answers.

I have been informed that Boat contains $5000 to $7000 alone in alum. and copper scrap value.....wow!
