Up for sale is a 1958 fiberglass Takaba launch.Powered by a: U.S. Navy Diesel DA High head Buda 40 HP -- Built in 2001 to factory specs and gently used since. The last time I saw this engine being sold it cost $20,000 used so this boat is worth every penny. This engine will last you a lifetime. You will be hard pressed to find a boat this size with a diesel engine.I have the U.S. Navy service manuals for this engine.This is a 5-8-knot boat that will put a smile on your face every time you go out.
