1978 Tahiti Jet boat. They just don't make them like this anymore. This boat has the Panther-Jet drive which is rare and a unique model. This is not the Berkley, but I have been told by old-timers that it is actually better. The boat could use a paintjob to complete the restoration. Gauges work but oil pressure was never hooked up. It takes a longer oil tube than a car or truck would take and I just didn't have time to hook it up. The engine is built with all the right options. Basically this boat is an engine with boat attached. Is it fast? What do you think? I took it out of another hot rod that I had. Included in this sale is the accompanying trailer which is a 1991 model. takes a 1 7/8 inch ball.
