Superior Plastics Jet Boat

Selling a rare vintage old school jet boat, had a 454BBC installed at one time.Boat is extremely rare for all you jet boaters. This is a sought after hull for it has a deeper V in the front than most ever built, she will take more rough water and is much safer. Ive owned 5 different jet boats, this was one that i personally kept and wanted to fix up, however my health is failing and it must find a home.*IF you know what this is, and have been looking, you will buy it! It was cleaned up before covering.*Guys if you know what this is, you will buy it, you cant find them anywhere anymore, and fixed up, they can go as high as 20k . This boat with a few weekends and put in any big block or small block, and you can be on the water for not much money. You car guys know that the motor hook up on these are simple with basic set of gauges. Great winter project, considering many of us are inside. I am a retired USCG Ocean Master of 32 years, unlimited passenagers for inspected vessels, any ocean. With that being said, if i tell you the hull is solid, it is. Boat needs fresh paint, and now is the time, before you put a motor in it of your liking.* You get what you see, boat, Berkley Jet Drive & trailer. The trailer is not road worthy. Trailer can be fixed with a few pieces of angle steel and a few welds. Has great axle, springs and bearings. You will need a utility trailer or rent a u-haul car hauler to get it home. I have the needed jet parts inside that go with it, so you have a complete drive. So no worries their. Sale is as is where is, all sales final.* I dont see any problems with the drive, shaft is nice and straight and impellor looks great. This boat will run 80mph when done and shoot a 50 yard rooster tail. Personally you dont need to put a expensive motor in these boats, any V8 junk yard motor that can take a carb, will make your day, cheep.* Interior comes with it, but most likely you will want to recover it, but at least you have it.* Has a 20 or 25 gallon after market USCG approved fuel tank in bow area. I will make you happy. P.S>at the buy it now price, i will include a set of Basset headers, they are used but like new for V8.
