2001 - 35 ft Navigator houseboat. It is 10 ft wide. Navigator houseboats in Russell County, KY built 3 of these smaller units in 2001. They are known mostly for their full size houseboats. This boat was completely renovated in 2015 by Sunstar houseboats in Monticello, KY. This boat is basically brand new inside and out! It has a 90 hp Johnson outboard. This motor makes it so much cheaper to insure.New ac unit in 2015. Rope lights on front and back porch. New carpet on both porches. Interior carpet in good shape but not new. All renovated by Sunstar Houseboats. Very nice boat.Easy to manage. New tires on a very heavy duty custom Tri axle trailer. 2 jack stands and a winch. We tow the boat with a 3/4 ton diesel, although it is rarely moved out of the water.The top area has two custom stainless cots that are bolted to the top that are perfect for laying out in the sun.Custom stainless battery and charger box as well as fuel tank box.The boat has a full size bed and the couch also pulls out to make another full size bed.It has a refrigerator, two cook top eyes, and a toaster oven. There is a grill located on the front deck area. We cooked a lot using an electric skillet and a crockpot. Has a nice desk with perfect view of the flat screen. The flat screen uses a HD antenna so you get 40 or 50 HD channels for free, or you can upgrade to dish/cable pending what marina you keep it at.During the renovation all new pex plumbing, breaker box, electrical wiring, hot water heater and plumbing was installed. Nothing is over 2 years old on this boat. Custom stainless fresh water holding tank under the bed with pumps that were also installed in 2015. Boat does not have a black water holding tank or an onboard generator. When taking the boat out, we use our personal Honda 2000 (it will run everything but the AC).Shower and toilet in the bathroom (they are separate).All electrical items will work on 12 volt or 120 volt shore power including water pumps, toilets, shower, rope lights, and ceiling fan.The AXIS wakeboarding boat in some of the photos is for sale as well if interested.
