Sunsation Aggressor 25

Up for sale is my 1999 Sunsation Aggressor 25 with 430 HRS total time, in excellent condition. Sunsation is a smaller custom builder that makes very nice boats, if you are not familiar with there products take the time to check them out. The aggressor is a Sleek fast boat that can cut through moderate chop with ease. I am running about 65 MPH at 4800 with a 24p Bravo 1 prop. She runs a little faster then stock Aggressor due to upgrades to the motor and prop. In October of 2012 the stock motor was rebuilt with some performance upgrades done at Larry's Engine and Marine in Tucson AZ, the motor now has 43 HRS on it. The block was bored .030 over, honed and decked, all new bearings, balanced and Speed Pro flat top Hypereutectic pistons installed (runs on 91 octane pump gas). The heads were milled valve job done with all new parts, a Comp Cams XR270HR-13 Hyd roller cam was installed with new timing set. The motor has a full set of wet headers with O2 bug welded in and the computer has a custom tune for the multi port fuel injection system. Around the same time the motor was done a new oil cooler, electric fuel pump, shift and steering cables were replaced. In November of 2014 a brand new Bravo 1 lower unit and prop were installed, the upper was inspected and the motor coupler, splines and u joints were serviced. The engine alignment was checked and this time all work was done by Octane Marine in Phoenix AZ. Sunsation makes a very strong hull it has no stress cracks and gelcoat is very shiny and bright. The interior is in good condition, it is original to the boat and shows some wear. The head liner has a few sags in it but overall the interior looks good. The trailer for the boat has had a complete rebuild, it was striped to the frame and epoxy painted, the springs, bushings, breaks, wheels, tires, lights, bunks, carpet were all replaced.
