I purchased this 1974 Stardust cruiser 1 bedroom 1 bath Houseboat 2 years ago and I Really love being on it however I simply do not have the time to invest in its potential, As I travel extensively throughout the year. The boat is Currently located in the Commodore yacht club Marina of lake wylie in York South Carolina, It has a solid steel hull, With floor access it has been through several owners and renovations in its time And at 1 point had an electric toilet And drain system however it currently has A working sink hotwater heater and shower but the toilet has been replaced with a Mulch or port toilet. The measurements of the boat are 45 12..and it weighs 13000 dry. The price is reduced because the motor has been removed and the inboard Hull sealed, At 1 point I considered replacing it with an outboard But it never really became necessary to move it.it is common with most of my neighbors in the Marina to have a smaller vessel docked at their rear deck For quick excursions around the lake. This is currently a live aboard vessel and is attached by power and water in a slip at the yacht club. For a new owner to remain in this club they would need to sign the yearly membership agreement along with (approx) 500 for the annual fee in addition the rent slip is $450 a month. However it does include free use of the clubhouse beach, dry dock and ramp.. They also require a 1/2 a million dollar liability policy which cost me about $100 a year. Power runs about 50$ a month at this marinaThis boat would make an excellent guest house for anyone already owning property on the lake and can easily be towed to any location.. The previous owners have kept pretty meticulous records on all of the repairs and renovations through the years including receipts and paint swatches so that is a good source for information. I do know at 1 point it was transported from lake Norman for the cost of about $3000 years ago... So hopefully that gives you an idea, if you intend to move it to another marina or lake. The bedroom is roughly 10 x10 with windows on all sides and a small closet there is a lower galley that I believe used to have two bunks, Adjacent to the bathroom. The galley has a kitchen with working sink and gas stove,. And a small living room attached The covered deck Is roughly 12 x10, And Has a plastic awning and walls in storage,.. the rear of the boat has a ladder and sun deck on the roof As well as a small platform for loading and unloading from swimming or out of smaller boats. I WILL TRY TO ANSWER All QUESTIONS.

Questions
I have a question for you as I just recently purchased a houseboat here in Arkansas. We are looking for the hull number and I was wondering where yours was located at on yours so that I might be able to find mine.
My husband and I own a 1974 Stardust Cruiser houseboat. We too are making renovations. My husband is wondering if you have an owner's manual? We never got one from the previous owner. Can you also take a picture of your data plate? Our data plate is missing and my husband wants to reconstruct one. My husband is willing to pay you to make a copy of your owners manual if you have one. I hope you can help us out. This will be our 8th summer on our project. Thanks

Is this still available?

Hello there, I'd like to set up a viewing of the boat, please. I've never used this site. I hope this inquiry gets to you.
