Stardust

This houseboat started out as a rental on Lake Cumberland in TN and was configured with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a hot tub. It had several upgrades before I bought it 4+ years ago. New wiring, New 2 ton heat pump, graphics, dish washer, trash compactor, motor was changed from 130 hp Volvo diesel I/O to a 1996 150 hp Volvo diesel. The boat is now 2 bedrooms, it has a new sleeper sofa in front room, the other 2 bedrooms were converted to a full size laundry room and the other to storage. It has a 20KW Onan diesel genset rebuilt with new generator in 2015, it has a 48 hp Kubota motor. The 2 baths have there own Purisan sanitation systems and another one disconected The Micro Comander control system was replaced when I bought it, Model 9000. The boat is located on dock A at Gallatin Marina just outside of Gallatin TN. In a 60' covered slip. Slip rent is $480 per month plus elec. We are selling the boat because we live in IN and it's a 5 hr drive, so we are looking for a house on or near a lake here in IN.
