Splendor Cat 260 Platinum

Splendor Cat 260 Platinum with 250 HPDI Yamaha. Engine has low compression on one cylinder, will need to be torn down and repaired. Power trim motor runs but does not raise engine, appears that the caps on the short cylinders are leaking fluid. We have no history on this boat. We did check trailer bearings, tires and lights--trailer is road ready. Bottom does have some gouges as pictured. This is a big boat and would be great for a large family--perfect for running up on the beach. Boat needs a serious cleaning, upholstery will need some attention. Elbow grease and a air stapler will go along way in getting boat shined up and upholstery repaired. Vinyl and pulled away from backing in a few places, I assume it could be stapled back in place. Boat has a nice sized head compartment, good storage, a lot of seating. Stainless Yamaha propeller, Hydraulic steering and dual fuel tanks. We checked engine a few months ago, one cylinder wasvery low. Don't recall PSI readings-does not mean a whole lot anyways as engine will have to be completely disassembled. Fuel system did check out good/correct psi readings on all pumps. Remember-this is a project boat!
