Splender Craft Houseboat

This is a 1976 V Hull fiberglass 35' houseboat. The boat is about 2 feet to farther on trailer than it is suppose to be but will pull fine. The wood panels in the floor inside has rotted from moisture but the floor joist are still solid. This Engines in this boat have been kept out of the weather by the covered deck and where running when it was removed from Lake Cumberland. This Boat has 2 Crusader 350 model 270 engines also found on Chris Craft boats. The engines, Inboard Drive, and trailer are well worth over $5,000. This is priced to sell !!!! I have tried to start both engines but the humidity from the moisture in the hull has possibly ceased the engines. Engine blocks have "no sign" bulging which is a sign of a busted from improper winterizing. This boat has only been used in "fresh water". There is also a Onan 6.5 kw generator between the engines that needs maintenance in order to run shown in pictures. There is a place on the side of the hull as shown on one of pictures that will need to be fixed if you plan on putting it on water. The trailer is a custom three axles and six lug rims. The tires are low on air and if you are traveling a long distance I would bring a spare. Tires are 8-14.5 with 4 3/4" lug spacing. This boat is roughly 12' wide and with the fly bridge on it is 16' tall. I can have the fly bridge removed for a $300 extra charge which will make it 13'6" but you must contact me so I can make these arrangements. I will secure the fly bridge to the lower roof for travel if you want this done. I can have it transferred so please specify this in a message before you purchase it. This boat is located on Miller RD in Creelsboro Kentucky on the Cumberland river valley about 25 miles from Jamestown Marina at Lake Cumberland. This is a pickup only so the buyer "you" are responsible for the transportation of the boat after the purchase is made. I will give you time to schedule its transportation but this must not exceed two weeks after the purchase unless other arrangements are made.
