Questions
Beauiful boat as is. Wondering why the small 18hp engine? Is the transom secure enough to handle a larger engine. Looks like you have it set up as a cruiser. I would hope to get at least 50-60mph with the right prop/engine set up. I had ( my father) a 14' twin cockpit Speed liner back in the 50's with a 33 1/3 hp Evinrude Speedifour that was a fun boat that I learned to ski behind. Fastest and coolest boat on the lake. Seems like that boat is now almost extinct. Was this always run in fresh water? Really interested! Where in New York are you located? I would love to see it in person. Live in Central Wisconsin.
