SKV Boats

Selling my classic SKV Boats Sport Cruiser 22'. SKV Boats were hand built by Gene Racine and Assoc. out of San Dimas, Ca. from 1972 to 1982. About as rare as they get. If you are familiar with Hallett Boats, Gene Racine was one of the mentors for the owner and sold his molds to Hallett in the early 80's when he retired. Hallett went on to make a few Hallett/SKV's and then stashed away the molds. This boat is one of the last SKV's built before Gene retired and is a true survivor. Only 473 ORIGINAL hours on this boat and original 350 Chevrolet MerCruiser package. Still has original prop. Nearly no scratches on gel coat, particularly around the bow hook, where you usually see them, there are none. There is a small scratch on the deck. This boat was cared for in it's limited use. The 350 fires right up and runs as it should. Equipped with MerCruiser Power Steering. All instrumentation, trim pump, and lighting work as they should. Interior does need to be freshened up but the floors, stringers and overall build is as solid as the day she was built. Impeller in out drive is new and ready to go. Deep cycle marine battery is also new with provisions in place for a second battery including transfer switch. There is an on board fire suppression system under engine cover. Tires on trailer are all new, however they should be changed out as they are not trailer rated tires. This boat is good for 56 mph with STOCK 350 Chevy 260 MerCruiser. It is more common for a boat of this size to only do around 48-50 mph with the 350. A testament to Gene's very well designed hull. The smoked plexiglass wind screen is cracked and has been repaired. Clear pink in hand for boat and trailer.
