I bought this beauty last year, and I have enjoyed it immensely... It runs PERFECTLY, and has never left me stranded. The wood looks very good (not excellent), but it does draw a lot of attention. It is ALL WOOD. It does not leak at all. People go CRAZY when they see it, and always ask for a ride. I feel like James Bond when I'm in it...The motor is a 57 or 58. It's a 35 HP Evenrude. It has both pull start and electric start, as well as electric choke. It is dialed in PERFECTLY and starts right away. It also has the mixture knob on the outside so you can adjust the air/fuel mixture as you are on the water (never going to be needed)...It just received a tune up. It sat for 5 months as I went on deployment (with ethenol free gasoline and 2 stroke oil), And when I started it up last week, it started right up without even a hick-up. It took a few minutes to warm up, and then it ran incredibly, as usual... Really the only known issue is the windshield crack, which does not bother me in any way..If you're looking for a turn key, fresh water ready boat, with no headaches or mechanical issues, look no further. This thing frequently goes in the water and has never ever given me any issues.I'm moving to the Keys, and I don't want to put my in salt water. So, feel free to come look at it.
