Shamrock Predator

Up for auction is a 1992 Shamrock Predator 200 cuddy cabin that has been well taken care of. It was bought by my family in 2009, and received a survey at the time with a clean bill of health. Anyone familiar with Shamrock boats know that they are tanks, built to withstand just about anything and the boat of choice for companies like SeaTow for years. It developed engine problems in 2010 and there was a complete repower done by a shop in St. Petersburg, FL. This included a new 5.7l M.P.I Mag Mericruiser 300hp engine, complete rebuild of transmission and new seals and bearings on the drive. And it has only 20.3 hrs since all of this work. I have the receipts for all work done. The repower was $12,444.

In 2012 the boat came from St. Pete to Freeport Fl and we purchased a used trailer for it and had it customized to accept this boat. This included fabrication, new brakes and such. The receipts for this total $2300. Its not the prettiest looking trailer but is very sound and made for this boat. When the boat arrived here it was stored in a boat yard and was serviced and ran to prevent issues. However health and other problems prevented it from seeing any use and that is why its up for sale now. The boat is in very good (not perfect) condition. It has the typical gelcoat cracks here and there. Includes a bow anchor as well as a spare, life jackets, Garmin GPSMap 176c with NWFL (Destin area) map card and St. Pete area as well, a mounted Standard Horizon Eclipse + radio, mounted foldable antenna, a Raytheon RAY100 handheld radio, Hummingbird LCR, Dual Marine AM/FM Radio with speakers and some other things to include rope and such. It has two different well areas, a custom installed captains seat that goes up with the engine cover, twin fuel tanks, two batteries. The only significant defects I have found are that there is a crack in the starboard side side windshield (not in front of the operator). Its noted in the pictures. The covers for the rail cushions are looking tired and could use a recover and Im sure there are some other small things that it will need. The cuddy area is in good shape, cushions are fine, just needs cleaning and airing out.

This listing is for pick up only in DeFuniak Springs, FL which is 80 miles east of Pensacola along I-10 interstate. It is being sold AS-IS with no warranty of any type. Winning bidder will be required to deposit $250 at the end of the auction and is responsible for making arrangements to complete this transaction within 2 days of auction ending. Pick up date and time is flexible as long as its within reason. The only payment method allowed will be cash or bank drawn cashiers check so long as funds can be verified. The boat has a clean Florida title and trailer does not require one in this state. It will be sold on a bill of sale and registration form. Please ask any question you have, and I will try to answer as quickly as possible. Once completed, this sale is final and there are no returns or refunds.
