LOCATED IN OLD SAYBROOK ,CONNECTICUTThis listing is for a 1985 Sea Craft 23 Cuddy cabin (Scepter model) with 5.7 liter Volvo Penta I/O. This is a rock solid boat that is all original. The gel coat is original top to bottom and needs a good cleaning/buffing but is overall in great shape. The engine runs poorly as it has been in storage many years. It starts right up but soon stalls as it needs the carburetor cleaned. There is a noise from the water pump area that needs attention as well. Most likely the raw water pump, circulation pump or alternator needs replacing. Could possibly be an internal engine issue as well. The oil pressure is great and the outdrive is in excellent shape. It is a 290 with power trim that shifts perfect and trims up and down well. Trim tabs work well as well as power anchor windlass. Some accessories need repair and no electronics are on board. The trailer shown IS not included or available . It is our yard trailer and not for sale. If you bring yours we will assist in loading at no charge. We can deliver for a fee as well. The pictures are current and the boat is being sold as is in the condition shown. You are welcome to come to our shop and inspect the boat anytime.
