camper is a project boat. every thing you need to finish boat is in boat , but will need work.
Description: 

Sea camper was in process of being restored when owner could not finish due to medical issues. the boat has rebuilt engine outdrive was reconditioned and needs to be attached,every thing seems to be on the boat to finish restoration, trailer has some surface rust but nothing to serious. inside need cabinets or benches rebuilt don't know what was in original. please contact me with any questions and I will do my best to answer them. The year Is listed as 1973 but may change as I do not have paper work in front of me. All paper work for trailer and boat are up to date . Nc registration on boat and trailer.

I seam to keep finding adds that are years old, get no replies, and are not taken down when boat sells.
I am looking for a 1973 land n sea Boat, I have a 1973 GMC Motor Home, and an Island on the 2nd largest body of water in Wi.
I sold my 43 ft. Aluminum hull house boat, due to pitting, from Paper Mill toxins dumping in WI. River, Fiber glass is a better option for me.
