Here we have my 2003 super yacht. As you can see from the photos it used to be a very nice yacht with a value likely in excess of $2-$3m. I purchased this as a project 2-3 years ago with the intention of carrying out the required repairs to the yacht and then we were going to use it for both personal use and also charter.If you google the yacht you can find out all the details. Is it a 5 bedroom plus crew quarters. The upper rooms remain fairly untouched and and lower bathrooms are in part way throughf refit.The first four photos are obviously previous condition and do not represent its current condition.There are a number of repairs required to make this a sea worthy vessel once again and it is part way through the refit. This would suit someone in the trade or like myself someone that would have the ability and qualified trades that could carry out these works. We were going to replace the helm, navigation equipment, interior finishes, fixtures, bathrooms, ac, kitchen, carry out external repairs and refit teak, handrails and paint etc required. The yacht is available to view in Italy with a prior appointment.Unfortunately due to covid and multiple other complications we haven't had the time or opportunity to complete these works and so with great reluctance I have decided to list the yacht for sale. This will undoubtedly make someone a vast return in the right hands.I was told that when I purchased it the engines were tested and good but I cannot verify. They will likely need servicing and possibly a bit of work. I was also told the generator was newish.Check out MY Anna Dukaj online and you will see how nice it can be with a little work. It used to include a baby grand piano in the salon and hot tub on deck. (We might still have these in storage, I'm not sure)The yacht comes with two storage containers of parts some new, some removed from the yacht. I think quite a number of the missing parts are present in the containers. We also have a new still boxed $65k ac system available for this yacht with receipt under separate negotiation.
