this is a 2017 Regency 254DL3 tritoon built by Tracker Marine. it has a 2017 200hp mercury verado and a 2017 trailstar trailer that is powder coated. this boat has 225hrs on it and just received a full service including: oil and filter, spark plugs, lower unit grease and the latest computer upgrade.there are a few minor exterior scuffs and dings(see pics) but otherwise this boat is in excellent condition. the interior has no flaws that i noticed and is like new .if you have any questions feel free to call me phone and/or check out the tracker marine web site for all specs.I DO HAVE THIS BOAT FOR SALE AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END THE LISTING EARLY IF I GET A GOOD ENOUGH OFFER.i have a local shipper that charges 95. cents a loaded mile
