this is a 2018 Regency 254DL3 tritoon with a 200hp Mercury Pro Verado and a factory trailer and cover are included. there are 211hrs on the meter and it just received a full service, including: oil and filter change, new spark plugs, new fuel filters, lower unit lube and the latest computer upgrades. there are a few small dings in the toons(see pics) and scuffs on the rub rail but other than that the boat is in great shape and i have found nothing wrong with the interior.please ask any questions you might have and/or check out the Tracker Marine web site for exact specs.i do have this boat for sale locally and reserve the right to end this listing early if i get a good enough offer.i have shipping available for $1.25- $1.50 per loaded mile
