this is a 2017 REGENCY 254DL3 tritoon with a 2017 200hp 4 stroke Mercury Verado and a 2017 factory trailer and cover. this boat has 201hrs and just received a full service, included: new oil and filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, lower unit grease and the latest factory updates. there are a couple of very minor dings on the toons but i have found nothing wrong with the interior. the table and 2 legs are included along with the portable cup holders. feel free to ask any questions and you can also check the tracker marine web site for exact specs.i do have this boat for sale locally and reserve the right to cancel the listing if i get a good enough offer.i have an excellent shipper available for around a dollar a loaded mile.
