2004 22ft Sun Tracker Regency patio boat with 3.0L 135 hp Mercruiser inboard outboard with 309 hrs.2004 Tracker trailer with surge brakes and new bunk boards.The engine/outdrive was serviced several weeks ago and runs great. The Regency model is Suntracker's top of the line model. This boat has the very desirable, all aluminum deck and at 22 feet, is a very popular size. Another great feature on this boat is the front and rear seats slide out to make beds, making it perfect for overnighters out on the lake.The boat has dual bimini tops, oversized pontoons, pop up changing room with porta potti, fish/depth finder, stereo with bluetooth and aux input, full boat cover, gas bbq, life jackets, ropes, anchor, etc.The interior of the boat is in very good shape as well as the exterior and trailer.I'm the original owner, no issues, clear title.Unfortunately for me, I am moving and will need to pass this boaton to a new owner.
