It's a '16 and has all it's working parts like engine, steering wheel, throttle, gas tanks and ignition. It's been sanded down and primed two times. I've some touch up sanding and it's ready for paint. It comes with its American built single axle trailer that has its wiring and rides great. Please email me for more info if needed.
