Prewar Garwood 20' Deluxe Utility Antique Wooden Boat 1937? Chris Century Craft

Prewar Gar Wood 20" boat project. Bought as a project with plans for a 5200 bottom and late model drivetrain but after lots of research I have decided that to do it right it is going to be more work than I have time for. What you seen in pics is what you get. The previous owner started replacing the bottom and got the old wood removed buts that's as far as he got. I bought this boat as seen with a bill of sale and am selling it the same way. I can supply a Missouri form 1957 bill of sale for the boat and trailer. I have not yet located the hull number but haven't spent much time looking however the boat looks to have original stringers, seat backs, dash, and engine covers so it should not be too hard to locate. From the research I've done it looks to be a late 1930's 20' Sedan utility. The water intake grate has a Gar wood logo on it and all the side glass windows are etched "Gar Wood" and what's left of the original caulk is brownish in color. All boat related parts shown in pics are included in sale. Overall this looks like a very solid project and aside from a new bottom I don't think it will require to much wood replacement. Sold as is for parts or repair what you see in pics is what you get sold with bill of sale only no title on trailer or hull. The trailer pulled good but 3 of the tires show age with dryrot and cracking. The lights are not working and the saftey chains need to be properly attached. I am willing to install new tires, fix lights,chains,re-grease etc. for Time and material. This boat is located about 30 miles west of St. Louis 2 miles off of hwy70.
